We enable kids, teens, and youth to lead a healthy digital life
Aldus is championing the cause for having a balanced consumption of screen-time for children of all ages. Kids and youth of today are hooked onto entertainment devices and smartphones, resulting into reduced social activity, increase in depression and suicide in the last five years. Aldus is a movement, and a toolbox empowering parents to reduce digital junk and have a healthy digital life for their children.

DIGITAL TOOLBOX
Jumpstart your children's healthy habits with software. Whatever your current device footprint at home is, Aldus would help you manage them. This is under development, we hope to announce a first version of the software soon.
ADVOCACY
Our goal is to generate awareness of the problem, before it is too late. With our partners and community outreach organization, we are spreading the word amongst parents, neighborhoods, and schools.
INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP
We cannot solve this problem alone. We are working on a specification and a set of controls, with industry organizations and builders of software and hardware. We envision these controls to be as ubiquitous as content ratings.
WHY WE DO
The Brief Story
Aldus is a non-profit organization, a technology product, passionate about health, play-time, and happiness. We started this because as parents we have been grappling with infestation of devices and digital junk in the lives of our own children. Throughout the years, we have built home grown tools to control, manage, and navigate with a healthy dose of convincing, cajoling and rationing. Aldus is our attempt to take the kitchen-sink project and make our imagination available to parents across the world. We are here to help children lead a healthy digital life, reduce junk content and improve outside play-time.
